We all know the importance of staying properly hydrated throughout the day and especially while exercising. The human body is compromised of roughly 55-60% water on average so not keeping your body hydrated will definitely lower performance levels in your body.. When it comes to knowing if you are properly hydrated or not there are several signs to knowing if you are hydrated well enough. A common sense approach to knowing if you have an adequate amount of hydration is whether you are thirsty or not. It is true that when individuals say that if you are thirsty you are already on your way to being dehydrated. If you are exercising and stop sweating in the middle of your workout you definitely need to get some hydration back in your body. Another sign of dehydration is having deep yellow urine output.
